Ingredients:
- Whole leaf lettuce (I used romaine)
- Tomatoes
- Thin sliced provolone cheese
- Buffalo Sauce (I used Frank's)
- Left over rotisserie chicken, or any chicken that has been cooked and shredded (Here is the recipe for the rotisserie chicken)
- Spray a pan with extra virgin olive oil (I used my Misto sprayer), and let it heat up some.
- Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce and let it heat through.
- While the chicken is heating, set out your lettuce leaves, top with sliced tomatoes, add provolone cheese (I only used 1/2 of the thin sliced to each one)
- Top with buffalo chicken.
